PICK
As your 3PL logistics partner, our priority at Hyfive Fulfilment is to process your orders in the most efficient and accurate way, so your customers receive their goods as soon as possible. We use a technology driven approach to fulfil the eCommerce orders, either by integrating our system with your Shopify or Social Media store, or by an automatic spreadsheet link. Simply provide us with a completed spreadsheet template and within moments we can have your orders ready to pick, pack and ship.
PACK
We pack eCommerce orders to your specification, whether that be mailbag, box or bespoke packaging, our warehouse fulfilment centre can accommodate your requirements. This includes the option to use only 'eco friendly' packing materials.
SHIP
Multiple daily courier collections from our premises normally allow an afternoon cut off time for same day dispatch. We can tailer your same day ship time based on order volume, choice of courier and the amount of reworking required.
RETURNS
A crucial element of UK eCommerce fulfilment is Customer Returns. It can be a headache, but we aim to painlessly consolidate your returns into regular manageable shipments, which can then be shipped to your address of choice. We can also offer bespoke returns processing on your behalf, please contact us for a quote based on your individual requirements.
